A: We usually ship the stocks in 2-3 days.
Q: How long does courier takes to arrive?
A: We ship by FedEx usually. FedEx takes 1-2 business days to US and Canada, and 3-5 business days to most of European countries, and 4-7 days to African countries.We also use DHL etc.
Q: Do you accept custom orders? And how long the production takes?
A: Yes, we do custom orders.
The production time for wigs & closure/ frontals takes about 4 weeks.And it also depend on your requirements of products.
And the production time of extensions takes 5-15 days (different by order quantity).
Q: Can I bleach the hair colors?
A: Yes, you can blench and dye any color with natual color.
But for all the light colors, you can dye it darker.
Q: Can you bleach the knots? How much extra for bleaching knots?
A: Yes, we can bleach knots for you, the extra charge is accoding to the size you want to blench.
Q: Does the wigs come with baby hair?
A: Yes, all the stock wigs with baby hair. But if you don't want baby hair, we can remove for you too.
Q: How you packed the hair and wigs?
A: We usually pack in clear plastic bag with small tag.
Customized packages workable for bulk orders and regular customers, extra charges may added, please contact us for further information.

A: We are legal factory in Qingdao China for almost 30 years.We also have factory in Burma.
